Shipping Info: Your order will typically ship out within 3 business days after it is received. All orders will ship via USPS unless otherwise noted. Delivery time will be dictated by your location and we do ship internationally.

If you’d like to check your order status, please email theguys@threecitiesband.com using the subject line “Bandcamp Order Status” and include in the body of the email the name and email address used for the order.
Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please contact us at theguys@threecitiesband.com within the 14-day time period with the subject line “Bandcamp Return” for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Returned items must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were sent. Only unopened and sealed CDs may be returned. Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging such as bent corners or cracked covers. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.
